Spring 2018 Registration is Underway!

Buckhead Girls Lacrosse for 1st to 8th graders starts 3/3 to 5/5. We will take a break 3/31 for Easter weekend and 4/21 due to field schedule conflicts.

Our girls’ lacrosse program practices Saturdays from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.

Season cost is $80 per player plus $25 for a US Lacrosse membership.

Buckhead Girls Lacrosse is proud to offer more options for our players. Whether your player is looking to expand her knowledge of lacrosse through scrimmages and game play or just picking up a stick for the first time, we have the program for you! All programs run for the full session and are coached by former collegiate players with current competitive high school players assisting. All coaches are members of US Lacrosse.

Learn to Play program (Beginner)
New to lacrosse? Still mastering fundamental lacrosse skills like passing and catching? Sign up for our Learn to Play program. This group will have a small coach to player ratio so players can learn all the fundamental skills of lacrosse through fun games and drills. Players are able to move up into the Organized Play group if the coach and player feel she’s ready. (Players may be grouped by grade level.)

Organized Play (Intermediate/Advanced)
For players looking to expand their lacrosse skills by scrimmaging and learning field play. Players will learn or drill a specific intermediate/advanced skill and then expand that skill by applying it to game play and small-scale scrimmages. At the end of the season players will understand the rules of girls lacrosse, have experienced all field positions and learned specific skills associated with each position, and be ready for competing in lacrosse on the field. (Players may be grouped by grade level.)
